You don’t need to be a yoga fanatic to feel its benefits, it turns out, as a study has revealed that just 10 minutes of it a day could help to ease menopause symptoms and even depression. In a study published in the journal Menopause, women who stretched for 10 minutes before bed, five times a week had reduced symptoms of menopause compared to those who did no yoga at all. Yoga didn’t solve hot flushes, but it did improve the womens’ sleep quality, reduced aches and pains, and boosted their mood.
