4-Year-Old 'Rapunzel' Has Hair Down to Her Knees

Little Hally Kelly was born in England with a full head of hair, and instead of losing and regrowing those tresses — which is normal for many infants — Kelly’s hair just kept on growing. Fittingly, Kelly has been nicknamed after the fairytale princess with hair long enough to climb — or rather she gave herself  the nickname, her mother Kathryn explained to the publication. Curiously, Kathryn “works in the crimping industry,” and sells hair extensions professionally.
