This woman uses comics to cope with her arthritis

In 2013, Antima Nahar was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She is a graphic designer and illustrator from Goa, India and uses her artistic talents to cope with her condition.  “My doctor suggested that I start writing a journal to keep track of my health, emotions and diet. Nahar endured many treatments and received a lot of advice from others on how to relieve her arthritis pain.
