Emergency responses chief Mickey Huber has finally met a newborn baby whose mother's life he saved during the Camp Fire in November. Her parents named the child after Huber because they were so grateful for his efforts when they were evacuated from their home.
"There were 22 kids, and my first thought was just getting them on the bus and getting them out of there because the sky was really menacing," the bus driver said.
Jake Olsen, an officer with the state's Department of Fish and Wildlife, said, "It's just a miracle."
