You don't need to know the difference between a three-card and a Celtic cross spread to get the most out of a tarot card reading. All you need: your Sun sign! Here's what I do: Shuffle my tarot deck and pull out the cards in order from Aries to Pisces, plus one general card for everyone so that you can get specific advice around your personality. Let’s go!

Is there a mystery in your life? Unfinished business? A secret? A lie? Consider carefully, because the Moon is a powerful card of illusion. It shows up when we’re ready to enlighten ourselves and discover powerful new information that can change the whole game. Ask lots of questions this week.

The Star is the tarot’s cosmic wish card, bringing you something you've been hoping for. It might take a little while to come to fruition, but it'll be worth it. Focus on an ambition this week, and take overt action towards it—this will set in motion a series of events that will bring it to you. Go for it, Aries. You deserve this.

Taurus, you're a babe. Ruled by Venus, you’re always surrounded by admirers. The Knight of Cups heats things up even more this week: Whether you’re single or attached, expect dramatic and exciting action in and around your love life. Look out for sexy water signs (that's Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces). If you’re happy with boo, arrange the ~best-ever~ date night.

GEMINI: THE EMPRESS

The Empress is a beautiful card about love, family, fertility, nature, home, creativity, and finding your satisfaction in the simple things in life. Take it back to basics. Stay home, spend time with your family and/or pets, be creative, bake banana bread, buy a plant, take a walk. Happiness in your life is already here, you just need to notice it.

It's time to start a new hobby, sign up for a class, or develop a healthy habit. You're a mentally and physically active person, and you seek fresh stimulus often. The Ace of Wands is a prompt to activate something new, inspiring, and totally suited to who you are right now. Your free time is precious, so choose something you really want to do. You’ve been thinking about this for a while, and now is the time to begin.

You’re such a diplomatic and charming soul, Libra, that you often hide your sorrows because you don’t want to ruin the vibe. You don't need to be sad alone, my friend. The Five of Cups sees you experiencing an echo of regret or grief this week. Don’t push it down. Sit with it a while. Write down your feelings or call up a close friend and tell them about it. You need to express your emotions before you can let them go.

SCORPIO: SIX OF CUPS

Expect someone or something from the past to return to your present this week, Scorpio. Is it an ex? A long-lost family member? An old colleague? A childhood friend? I don’t know, but you soon will! The good news is that this is someone you held great affection, and you'll be happy to catch up. Why not spend some time reminiscing yourself and reach out to anyone you miss?

You work well with others because you’re personable, inspiring, warm, and energetic. You can get a lot done, and you’re always enthusiastic. The Two of Cups asks you to revisit your life goals and see which of them could be accelerated if you asked someone else for support. There is a great deal of power in a strong partnership, and you have wonderful people in your life. Can you do more with them?

The magic of this week is to be found in your own imagination and ideas. The High Priestess reveals there are inspiring wisdoms and epiphanies in your subconscious that are ready to emerge and change your outlook! Take time out this week, Cap, and seek solitude. Be still, quiet, mindful, and reflective. Let your imagination roam, and pay attention to what comes forth. All the answers are there. Let them flow.

Take a chance this week, Aquarius. The Knight of Wands shows that the odds are in your favor, so it’s a good time to take a risk. Now, I'm not suggesting you do anything dangerous or foolish. I am suggesting you use this week as an opportunity to do something you’re not sure about. Luck is on your side right now.

PISCES: FIVE OF WANDS

Keep going, Pisces. The Five of Wands sees you in the middle of something challenging. When it gets like this, the best approach is to just keep going. The only way out is through. Soon enough, things will change. Have faith in yourself and keep fighting. This will turn out well eventually, but you need to be brave and strong in the meantime.
