'The Crown' cast dance to Lizzo in video Gillian Anderson brands 'humiliating'

The cast of the fourth series of The Crown got more than they bargained for when Queen Elizabeth II actor Olivia Colman roped them in to a choreographed dance to Lizzo's Good As Hell.
In fact, Margaret Thatcher star Gillian Anderson went so far as to brand it "humiliating" when footage of the routine that was filmed on set during a break was broadcast on Late Night with Seth Meyers this week.
She explained how it came about and why it was “never meant to see the light of day”.

“Olivia apparently does a dance class in the area that she lives with a bunch of friends, on a regular basis, and the last time she did the class, they had danced to that Lizzo song," the actor stated.
"She asked if we would happen to be interested in maybe doing it and she would video it and then she would just share it only with her friends, the other dancers. And so it was never meant to see the light of day."
The show then played a clip of the dance which saw Anderson, Colman and cast members including Tobias Menzies (Prince Philip), Helena Bonham Carter (Princess Margaret), Josh O'Connor (Prince Charles), Erin Doherty (Princess Anne) and Marion Bailey (the Queen Mother).
Following the footage, Anderson remarked: "So humiliating, I mean that look on my face, I don't even know. There's such delight and shame."
The X Files star has previously shared some behind-the-scenes moments from the series of her own.

In November she posted several photos of the cast with black smudges on their faces from the 'Ibble Dibble' scene set at Balmoral.
During a break for that same scene the actors also broke into song for a rendition of Mr Sandman led by Queen Mother actor Marion Bailey, which was captured in a video posted by Anderson.
