“I covered up my 4 month old for the first time to nurse and this is apparently what she thought about it,” shared a mom on the popular breastfeeding site, Breastfeeding Mama Talk.

In the picture you can see a baby nursing while being covered with a heavy blanket. The only thing visible is their arm and a tiny little hand — and it’s flipping the bird.

Since being posted on Thursday, the picture has already been liked more than 6,500 times with moms from all over commenting on the LOL moment.

“How i feel when people ask me if im going to nurse my 9 mo old till college,” said one commenter.

“I think it’s beautiful when I see a mother nursing her baby. You sure wouldn’t see any adults covering up their faces when they eat and some of them probably should,” added another.

Some commenters even shared pictures of their own babies giving the finger while breastfeeding — apparently it’s a thing.

Still don’t get what the big deal is? Try putting a blanket on your head next time you go to eat and see if you feel like flipping someone the bird.
