We all know that dog is man’s best friend, but shedding definitely isn’t so cute.
According to Amazon Canada, the FURminator deShedding Tool for Dogs is rated as the no. 1 pet grooming product with an impressive 4.8/5 star review.
The $43 product promises that it “reduces loose hair from shedding up to 90 per cent on regularly groomed dogs” and a “stainless steel de-shedding edge reaches deep beneath your dog's long topcoat to gently remove undercoat and loose hair.”
Depending on the needs of your pup, the FURminator can be purchased in small, medium, large or extra large and you can select whether it’s for a short or long-hair dog.
At $43, the FURminator is a bit pricey — but the reviews for the product are absolutely glowing.
“AMAZING is the only word I could came up with after using only once,” wrote one happy customer. “Really helped my Lab/Husky mix shedding... Was skeptical about the price cause I find it is a lot of money for a brush but my boy just loves it and my floor love it too.I'll be buying another one for sure when this one need replacement.”
