Trump's Super Long Ties Hilariously Trolled by Dedicated Twitter Account

Whether you support him fully – or aren’t too keen on him – Donald J. Trump is the president of the United States. And he wears really, really long ties – sometimes with scotch tape!

The POTUS’s penchant for elongated versions of the men’s accessory has made headlines before, and one Twitter account @TrumpsTies humorously highlights that by photoshopping the president’s ties to a exaggerated lengths.

Scroll through and you’ll see doctored photos of Trump’s tie dragging on the ground, slung over Mike Pence’s shoulder, and hanging over a balcony à la Blanket Jackson. Twitter user, songwriter and McSweeny’s contributor @commuter_haiku is the mastermind behind the account.

Speaking on his @TrumpTies account, he tweeted, “Making @TrumpsTies is strangely cathartic for me. I hope it makes you smile, even briefly, in all this mess.”
