USAIN BOLT: One thing my coach said to me from the first time we met, you have to learn how to lose before you can learn how to win. And it took me a while to figure out that it means you have to learn from your mistakes. If you don't make any mistakes, you will never move on from making those mistakes. So even when I fail, I sit down and I figure out, why did I fail? How can I make this better? How can I move faster?

The only thing that can really mess with me mentally is if I'm not in good shape. In 2021, I'm in the worst circumstance. I was going through a lot of [INAUDIBLE] in my leg. I had problems with my feet and I couldn't focus.

But when I'm in good shape, when I train hard and I know that is easy because I [INAUDIBLE] working right now. In time, I feel overwhelmed, I take a day or two to myself and just to recharge and find a good series and binge watch and just not to think about work, just to relax.

If you're going through something, you should take time. Because you have to take care of yourself. I always wanted to do more, to go further, but at the end of the day, if you don't take care of yourself, then what's going to happen, you know what I mean?

Personally, I really appreciate Simone Biles' [INAUDIBLE] it's always good to take care of yourself first and then everything will fall into place. So I'm very happy that she understood what that lesson. I have to take care of myself first. And then we'll see what happens down the road. But right now, I'm thinking about me.

Right now, I'm really enjoying my time right now working with SprintRay to do a great initiative for my country. To get that first event is, for me, I'm excited to be a part of this, to do something and to help my community and just Jamaica overall. And I have two kids that keeps me busy. I'm excited to just watch them grow.

The good thing about it is like I figured it out at a young age how to be with mental situation, but I really enjoy being a father. It's taught me patience, which I didn't have. One thing [INAUDIBLE] And I'm looking forward to them growing up and seeing if any one of them is going to be a sprinter.
