Jessie James Decker is opening up about her post-baby body.

Just six months after giving birth to her third child, the 30-year-old country singer is proudly showing off her figure in a new bikini photoshoot.

In a new post to Instagram, Decker shared side-by-side photos of her bikini body with a powerful message to her fans about patience and acceptance.

“No squats on the left vs squats and heavy weights and eating more protein on the right,” the singer wrote. Decker notes that the first photo was taken shortly after giving birth to her three-year-old son Eric Jr., while the second was snapped earlier this week.

“I am not quite at my goal yet, but I’m getting close! I have to be honest, even though I was 10 lbs lighter on the left I prefer my body on the right. I’m fit and eating better calories and really keeping track of my protein intake!”

Decker married her retired football player husband, Eric Decker in 2013. Together the pair are parents to four-year-old daughter, Vivianne, three-year-old Eric Jr. (nicknamed Bubby) and six-month old son Forrest.

“My goal as a mom of three now is to be healthy and fit and feel good. I will admit, I was anxious about having a bikini shoot after just having a baby and maybe I even cried a little from being so nervous and worried people would say not nice things. But I woke up feeling OK about it today because I wanted to show other mamas that we can do it.”

Earlier this month, the Nashville-based star recently published her first book, “Just Jessie” and is currently working on designing her latest collection for her clothing brand, Kittenish.

“We can be fit and healthy together in our own time and feel good in our own skin,” Decker said. “People who don’t have babies don’t understand how much our bodies change. But we are super hero’s to grow a human and it makes me that more driven to work hard knowing what our bodies can do! I love y’all and let’s get fit together.”

Fans of the singer are commenting in droves on the singer’s recent Instagram post, thanking her for her honesty.

“You give me hope as a new mom,” one of the star’s three million followers wrote. “I’m three months postpartum and getting back into shape is hard but we are superheroes.”

“Love it!” another shared. “Let’s lift mama’s up about their bodies not bring them down. I’ve never had babies but see the hate women show to one another on social media. It’s unfair. Mama’s do something amazing … bodies change and they’re beautiful no matter what! You go girl!”
