  • Jessica Alba, 39, showed off her toned abs in a new TikTok dance video.

  • She's a total pro at TikTok dance challenges, and her latest features friend Lizzy Mathis.

  • Jessica does HIIT, dance cardio, and resistance bands workouts to stay fit.

Actress Jessica Alba, 39, may be the unofficial queen of TikTok dance videos. Her list of dance challenges is extensive, and includes: an impressive routine to "Hustle & Flow" with her daughter Honor, and well as another collaborative #unodostreschallenge video, a family dance to the "Blinding Lights" challenge, a solo version of the #savagechallenge to Megan Thee Stallion's hit, and tons more. And she's done it again, this time with her friend Lizzy Mathis wearing cute matching white two-piece outfits dancing to the #tkndancechallenge.

"#friyay #readyfortheweekend #summer2020 #backyard w @lizzymathis 🤭🤣... @mcbridesisters #blackgirlmagicrosé got us #turnt 👯♀️ #tkndancechallenge @tiktok," she captioned her post.

Jessica's followers were loving her and Lizzy's moves.

"Honey style," one wrote, and another commented, "Yessss mamas!!"

Jessica's abs are looking oh-so-toned in the video, and that's no accident. She's been keeping up her gym time while staying at home in recent months. She created a cardio routine with daughter Honor, 11, that she shared with fans, featuring 30 jumping jacks, 20 burpees, and 50 mountain climbers. You’re supposed to repeat the whole thing two to five times.

No surprise here—Jess is a big fan of HIIT-style workouts. "I like high-intensity workouts; I like moving around a lot," she previously told Byrdie. "I don't like a lot of repetition."

And of course, Jess loves to work her abs with dance fitness. She previously told Women's Health that she's big on taking dance classes, which work your core. "That's fun. Like hip-hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises," she said.

And she also loves resistance band workouts. Jessica filmed a 10-minute butt-focused video on her YouTube channel that featured Lizzy Mathis again while working out with trainer Aaron Hines.
