From Town & Country

Rejoice, fans of scientific history, trailblazing women, and Rosamund Pike: there's a new movie that's right up your alley. Radioactive stars Pike as the inimitable Marie Curie, and under the direction of Persepolis author Marjane Satrapi, explores the long-term implications of Curie's Nobel Prize-winning discoveries as well as Curie's own life story.

So, how to get your hands on this exciting new film? Here, everything you need to know about streaming Radioactive.

It's available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.

Only Amazon Prime subscribers have access to the tech behemoth's streaming platform, which is included in Prime at no extra cost. (And since the film is exclusive to Amazon, viewers shouldn't expect to see it on other services, like Netflix or Hulu.)

The movie will debut on Amazon Prime Video on July 24, but the landing page for Radioactive is already live, should you wish to add it to your watchlist ahead of time.

Already seen it, and want something more?

Luckily for any new Marie Curie fans out there, there's something else that'll scratch the same itch as Radioactive. The film was based on a graphic novel (though some might contend with this categorization, as it's more of a biography-cum-art book than a comic), titled Radioactive: A Tale of Love and Fallout.

Created by celebrated artist and writer Lauren Redniss, the book is considerably different from the movie, but similarly juxtaposes the biographies of Marie and Pierre with the eventual uses—good and bad—of their groundbreaking research.
