The veteran comic earned $69 million over the last 12 months, and he has variety of sources to thank — sold out theatres, a blockbuster Netflix deal for a stand-up special and two more seasons of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee and, Forbes reports, millions from Hulu, which owns the streaming rights to Seinfeld.
