Early on in the pandemic, when sales of designer face masks skyrocketed, we couldn't help but feel, well, icky. To us, our masks were fully about safety and survival — not the next "It" item we spotted on Instagram. However, now that months have passed, wearing a mask has truly become a way of life; something necessary that we grab before heading out the door, along with our shoes.
