Forget Drake’s really big rings. It’s all about Rihanna‘s really big belt. The pop singer was spotted in Los Angeles arriving at Giorgio Baldi restaurant, in a black Maison Margiela blazer, distressed boyfriend jeans, and black heeled boots. But the pièce de résistance of the look was the bright red, seriously oversize belt (also from Maison Margiela) fit for a giant, cinching the performer’s already-narrow waist.
The look is giving major Mrs. Claus vibes — if Mrs. Claus were an international superstar and fashion chameleon from Barbados who had some of the industry’s most elite designers clamoring to dress her.
By now, we know Rihanna can wear just about anything and look cool, but it’s always nice to get a friendly reminder, courtesy of queen Rih herself. ’Tis the season, after all.
