"With only 300 calories and 17 grams of protein, the Egg McMuffin is a great on-the-go breakfast that will help you feel satisfied throughout the morning." 2 Fruit&Maple Oatmeal per 1 meal: 320 calories, 4.5 g fat (1.5 g saturated fat), 150 mg sodium, 64 g carbs (4 g fiber, 31 g sugar), 6 g protein "With 4 grams of fiber, the Fruit&Maple Oatmeal is a great option to start the day," says Goodson. "Fiber is well known to promote good heart and gut health." 3 Sausage Burrito + Apple Slices per 1 meal: 325 calories, 17 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 800 mg sodium, 29 g carbs (1 g fiber, 5 g sugar), 13 g protein "Made with an egg, sausage, and veggie mixture, this burrito provides you with 13 grams of protein for only 310 calories," says Goodson.
