For decades, countless kids' birthday parties have been hosted at McDonald's. There's even a secret birthday cake served at the fast food restaurant for those in the know. But one 10-year-old just hosted the most epic birthday party at her local Mickey D's.

Birthday girl Eleanor Evenson recently celebrated her big day at the same McDonald's her mother gave birth to her at 10 years ago.

According to KARE 11, a Minneapolis-based news station, it was a decade ago when Eleanor's mother Clare Evenson unexpectedly went into labor while using the restroom at a McDonald's in Lino Lakes, Minnesota.

"Notoriously, McDonald's has really clean bathrooms," Clare admitted. "I went in to use the bathroom and quite literally sat down and two little feet popped out...I do remember Officer Angi and my mom helping me deliver Eleanor. And once she was out, Officer Angi and I were working together to help resuscitate her."

Given that Eleanor was born 12 weeks early, she weighed just two pounds at birth. In addition to being born premature, she had to endure years of therapy and multiple surgeries.

The 10-year-old has continued to persevere, and on her birthday she celebrated with family and friends, including her grandparents and cousins. Even Officer Angi stopped by to take part in the festivities.

"I think it's special to me cause I'm the only one in my family who was born at a McDonald's. Very excited to be 10," Eleanor told KARE 11.
