If there’s anything I love more than a recipe with a short ingredient list, it’s a recipe that’s under $10 that feeds a crowd. And so, in the spirit of saving money and eating well, we dipped into the The Kitchn archives for some of our top hits that cost less than $10 for all of the ingredients. An added bonus? These family favorites all cook up in one pot, so cleanup is a breeze.

A note on pricingOur costs were calculated based on grocery prices sourced from Instacart, so your local prices may vary. (We also assumed you had a few staple ingredients — like olive oil, salt, and spices — on hand already.)
