2024 Pro Motocross Season Kicks Off at Fox Raceway

Round one of the Pro Motocross series returns to Pala California to kick off the 2024 season. With the Supercross season only recently coming to an end riders have to now quickly adapt and return to the great outdoors. Adding to the mix this weekend is the absence of several key contenders.

Eli Tomac is out due to a thumb injury and is expected to return for the final few rounds. Cooper Webb has also sustained a thumb injury and is expected to return the final few rounds. Ken Roczen had a spectacular crash in Nashville SX where he broke his tibia plateau, foot, and toe. Rj Hampshire after just winning his first Supercross championship suffered a crash at Fox Raceway after hitting a rock "the size of a basketball" damaging his wrist and is now out for the start of this season. Garrett Marchbanks also suffered a press day crash and is out for the foreseeable future. Austin Forkner is out due to a bad crash in Arlington where he broke his L3 and L4 and scapula among other injuries. Jeremy Martin is out after suffering two concussions recently. Cameron McAdoo broke his scapula in Nashville and will be missing the season opener as well.

With so many riders missing, and a few returning, will Jett Lawrence continue his winning streak? What will the Chef Levi Kitchen bring to the table this season after just missing the Supercross title to Rj Hampshire? Pro Motocross returns today at Fox Raceway with the first gate drops at 1 pm pst.
