Blueberry-Lemon Ricotta Stuffed French Toast

Stuffed with a rich, lilac-colored blueberry ricotta, this French toast exactly what we crave when we’re dreaming of a sweet breakfast for dinner. Sourdough is our bread of choice because it’s sturdy, and its earthy tang is a nice foil to the rich filling.
