At 58, Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson isn't ditching her bikini anytime soon. And she shared some insight into her wellness routine in her latest Instagram post, where she was wearing a cropped gray sweater with shades and tiny black bikini, showing off her super strong abs and toned legs.

"When comes to mindfulness... I take care of my mind, body and spirit every day with breath practice and meditation," she shared in the video's caption. She went on to share that meditation is a huge part of her wellness routine.

"My daily practice includes meditating in the morning for around 25 minutes - either guided, or in silence. I try to live my life in a perpetual flow of meditative connection rather than just at specified times," she wrote.

Clearly, health and wellness is super important to Elle, who is actually the founder of wellness brand WelleCo. Plus, she's been all about physical fitness for a long time now. So, if you're wondering how Elle gets those strong abs and legs, you're not alone. Here's what to know about her routines.

For starters, Elle used to star in workout videos for Sports Illustrated, but more recently, she prefers getting active outdoors, and she has been surfing for years.

She also likes to hop on her bike for some fresh air and heart-pumping fun.

And back in June, she got really into it during a game of paddle ball.

As for her specific routines, Elle also shared with Vogue Australia back in 2018 that she incorporates movement twice a day—once in the morning, when she does "a yoga class, an ocean swim or goes for a jog," and then again in the evening, when she gets in a vinyasa yoga class.

When it comes to fueling up for all that movement, Elle shared that she often follows a raw vegan diet, and explained that she often starts her mornings with a green smoothie. “Although I prefer a raw vegan diet, if I’m craving something hot, I’ll have a poached egg on sunflower or wheat-free dark rye bread, raw oatmeal with agave or a raw chia pudding soaked in almond milk,” she said.

This is followed by lunch, which is generally a big salad that included "a big raw salad of kale, spinach, sprouts, cucumber, cabbage, avocado, coriander, and pumpkin and sunflower seeds. It’s nourishing, satisfying and bursting with nutrients."

But she doesn't stop there. That salad bowl is filled with other good stuff, too. "I drench it in premium olive oil—good fats are important to my wellbeing," Elle said. "I also love sardines, because they are packed full of those wonderful omega-3 fatty acids and, being a smaller fish, have less metal toxins.”

And dinner is usually followed by dessert. “I’m vegan at the moment, so I make veggie wraps—otherwise, it’s veggie pizza or vegetable pasta with pesto," Elle told Vogue Australia. "When I feel like having something sweet, I’ll have my favorite dark chocolate or vegan ice cream—sometimes both!”

I love it, Elle!
