Lexington, Massachusetts

That education is put to good use clearly, as residents are pulling in a median income of $206,323. The crime rate is low at 330 per 100,000 residents. Lexington dwellers will also enjoy 200 sunny days a year.

Of the people in Winchester, 77% have a bachelor’s degree.

Beverly Hills, California

The first West Coast suburb on the list is the famous Beverly Hills. Known for being home to the rich and famous, it’s no wonder it ranks as a very desirable — and expensive — place to live. The housing market is the highest on the list at $3.56 million. The median rent is $2,675. The median income is $116,771, which is surprisingly low, considering the prices of homes. Brentwood, Missouri

Brentwood is a great place to live that offers a considerably lower cost of living than other ‘burbs on the list. The average house costs $265,122 and the median rent is $1,357. The median income for Brentwood residents is $89,688 and 73% of them are employed.
