Eureka J15 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum

Robot vacuums have become more and more mainstream over the last few years, and with good reason — these little guys will save you so much time, they’re worth the investment 10 times over. They’re also becoming smarter and smarter. In addition to being their most powerful robot vacuum yet, the new flagship J15 Pro Ultra from Eureka features IntelliView™ Al, which classifies dry messes to reduce the speed of the side brushes automatically, which prevents debris scattering.

Kirin Electric Salt Spoon

Kirin Electric Salt Spoon

This next product just might be the most imaginative on the list: Kirin’s Electric Salt Spoon. This gadget is already available for sale in the brand’s native Japan, although its presence (and popularity) at CES 2025 suggests a stateside launch is imminent.

If you maybe consume more salt than you’d like, then this one might be for you. The idea of the Electric Salt Spoon is to simulate the taste of everyone’s favorite seasoning with electricity. This makes food taste saltier, except without — you know — salt. You can even select from four different levels of saltiness! It’s ingenious!

Dreame X50 Ultra

We’re big fans of Dreame’s vacuums, with this particular model earning a spot on both Apartment Therapy and The Kitchn’s Best in Show lists. This clever robot is surprisingly nimble, with its industry-first ProLeap™ System allowing it to reach new heights — literally, up to a two-inch incline! — and VersaLift Navigation, helping it explore the lowest lows. It even includes dual-flex arm technology to help it reach those pesky, hard-to-clean corners.

ChefIQ Mini-Oven

This new countertop-sized oven from ChefIQ is not only great for small kitchens, but it’s also perfect for the amateur home chef. Its app integration offers guided recipes, but it also has all of our favorite countertop appliance settings (air fry, broil, toast, reheat etc.), so it’s a time- and space-saver, to boot. My favorite feature? It offers a sliding scale of “toastiness” for the perfectly browned bagel every time.

Lissome R1 Tiny Dishwasher

Speaking of small spaces and tiny kitchens, the new countertop dishwasher from Lissome R1 is sure to be a hit with apartment dwellers everywhere. With a wash and dry time of just 15 minutes (much faster than I hand-wash my own dishes!), it’s hard to believe this little thing is environmentally-friendly as well — but it is! Its AI Smart Wash technology promises to save you water and use less detergent. Where do I sign up?
