Adam Brody And Leighton Meester Had A Date Night At The 2025 Golden Globes
Beloved teen show stars and real-life couple Adam Brody and Leighton Meester had a very rare and glamorous public date night during the first weekend of 2025. The pair arrived together at the Golden Globes last night, where Brody was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for his part as a hot rabbi in Netflix’s Nobody Wants This.
Brody looked sharp in a fitted dark green suit, while Meester complemented him in a lime-green sequin Versace dress accented with a diamond necklace.
In October, Brody credited his wife for his Nobody Wants This performance during an appearance on Sara and Erin Foster’s podcast, The World’s First Podcast. (Erin Foster created the sleeper hit Netflix series, which is loosely based on her own life.) Meester is proud of his success and renewed heartthrob status, Brody added.
'She’s happy and, you know, we’re a team,' he began. 'A big part of the way I portray a relationship on-screen or relate to women on-screen is because of her and because of my real-life experience with her. She has a lot to do with it.'
In December, he spoke once more about Meester’s feelings about the series to The Hollywood Reporter. 'She’s very proud,' he said, adding that 'we’re each other’s biggest fans.'
A decade into their relationship, 'any opportunity is an opportunity for both of us,' Brody noted. Of the series’ success and its potential impact on their relationship, he added, 'I don’t know. It’s early days, but it’s been great so far. We’ve been through this. I would be pretty upset anyway if something happened to my marriage, but I would certainly be upset if success ruined it.'
