Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios are foster parents!

After revealing that the couple would be fostering a dog for Valentine's Day, the Hot Mess podcast host, 24, introduced 4-year-old Asia on a Feb. 20 episode.

"I really wanted a foster dog that had been in the shelter for a while because they build up so much stress in there. Some dogs are cute or younger and they're like easier to be adopted," Earle explained. "So we found this [four-year-old] girl Asia and she had been there for 495 days, or since last October." Once Earle and Berrios met Asia, she said she turned out to be "the sweetest girl in the entire world."

"[Asia] doesn't not smile," Earle said. "She's been wagging her tail the whole time we took her home. She's so good with the little kids. She's so friendly. She's good with other dogs... and she gets the zoomies, but she's not overly hyper where she's gonna be too crazy and needs to run around all the time but like she's such a chiller."

Earle explained that she's wanted to get a dog for a while, but can't have one due to her busy travel schedule.

"I kind of live out of my suitcase from plane to plane and hotel to hotel. So I don't think it's fair for me to have a dog," she continued. "I would wanna give a dog the best life ever and when I am here, I can be so loving and good, but it's hard for me if I'm on the go a lot."

Despite her busy travel schedule though, Earle added that she already wants to keep Asia, but noted that the dog would end up being "Braxton's dog to take care of most of the time."

During the podcast, Earle noted that she wanted to use her platform to "highlight" the dogs at the shelter and help them find good homes.

"If no one wants to adopt her, then I guess I'll take her because I can't give a dog back to the shelter," she said. "But I think we'll keep her until we find her a home."
