AMA Arenacross Rounds 5 & 6 Results
The bar-banging Kicker AMA Arenacross series returned this past weekend for Rounds 5 and 6 in Loveland, Colorado.
It was determined that before Friday night's Round 5, the series defending 5x champion, Kyle Peters, would be out for the remainder of the season due to a neck injury.
On Friday, MCR Honda's and current championship points leader Vince Friese won the night's overall over Gizmo Mods/Rock River Yamaha's Michael Hicks, with his teammate Austin Politelli landing in that final podium spot.
The X Pro division saw Hicks take the win aboard his Stark Varg, Justin Bogle in 2nd and young gun Kelana Humphrey taking 3rd on the night.
The Kicker Clash Friday night winner went to Ryan Breece, Politelli in 2nd, and Friese 3rd.
Saturday night saw a new winner, with Hicks making a last-lap pass on the series points leader, Friese, to claim his first win of the season. Politelli finishes in 2nd, and Friese in third after remounting after crashing on the final lap.

Hicks dominated the X Pro on the weekend, Bogle 2nd and Humphrey 3rd on Saturday night.

Breece again wins the Kicker Clash on Saturday night with Friese 2nd and Politelli 3rd.
