Would you say “yes” to an engagement ring purchased on Amazon?

It seems as though Amazon’s massive 48-hour Prime Day sale has inspired many to shop for more than just toilet paper and Kindle best-sellers.

According to Google Trends, bargain hunters shopping for an affordable engagement ring lead to a 300 per cent spike in search traffic during Day 1 of Prime Day.
