Andrew Garfield Admits That He Still Loves Emma Stone (and Our Hearts Melt)

Be still our hearts.

If you have your fingers crossed for a reconciliation between the once adorable couple Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, let us offer you a glimmer of hope. The Hacksaw Ridge star recently down for a round table with The Hollywood Reporter, and he admitted that he still very much loves his ex-girlfriend--enough to be stranded alone with her for an indeterminate amount of time.

When asked what actor or actress he would bring to a deserted island with him, the 33-year-old was quick to name Stone as his choice. "Emma Stone. I love Emma," was his exact response to the question. "She's all right. She can come." Awww. The beloved pair dated for nearly four years after meeting on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man in 2012, and confirmed that they had called it quits in October 2015 due to their busy schedules.

What's next for this duo? Only time will tell.
