Ariana Grande says “greetings” from the dressing room. While prepping to hit the stage with Lady Gaga for their performance of “Rain on Me” at this year’s MTV VMAs, Grande gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at rehearsals while also debuting a drastic new ombre hairdo.
In a short series of photos captioned with the raincloud emoji, shows the 27-year-old pop singer flaunting her lengthy and cosmic-inspired pigtails, holographic makeup and her new butterfly tattoos. As for the outfit, Grande showed off her petite, yet impressively-toned figure in a legging set by celebrity-adored athletics brand Alo Yoga.

The he “7 Rings” songstress’s ensemble consisted of the brand’s High-Waist Alosoft Flow Legging and Vapor Camouflage Bra to match — and of course a bedazzled face mask.

The pieces, which are specially designed for high-intensity workouts (perfect for rehearsal nights) and comfortable enough for just lounging around, retail for a combined $220.
With a hoodie wrapped around her waist, she also shared a small snippet of intense Demonia Swing-105 Platform Boots which feature bold silver buckles across a series of three adjustable straps. Could these five-inch-tall platforms be a part of her performance? Maybe!
Grande’s upcoming VMA performance will be her first since 2018. This year’s VMAs is honouring Gaga's teamup with Grande which has seven nominations, including Song of the Year and Video Of The Year.
In addition to “Rain On Me,” Grande is also being nominated for two more awards for her quarantine-inspired collab with Justin Bieber for their hit “Stuck With U.”
