Ashton Hall, the viral morning routine meme guy, once had a football career

If you've been on social media in the last few days, then odds are, you're familiar with Ashton Hall.

The influencer has gone viral for posting his morning routine videos, which are highlighted by repeated head-dunks in an ice bath and a stunning amount of sparkling water consumed. Hall, a fitness coach who apparently rises before 4 a.m. each morning, has taken X (formerly Twitter) by storm.

And while he's currently a trainer, he also has a background in competitive sports. Hall is a Jacksonville, Florida, native who attended First Coast High School and played in college at Alcorn State, a Division I FCS program, in 2014 and 2015.

Hall appeared in five games during his two seasons with the team, but he saw just six carries for eight yards, all of which came during his redshirt freshman season in 2015. His most productive rushing performance came against Southern in which he totaled one yard and 11 carries.

While Hall may not have racked up thousands of yards during his brief college football career, he's now racked up millions of page views by sharing his lifestyle with fans.
