Avril Lavigne is staying true to her style roots.

On Sunday, alt fashion brand Killstar took to Instagram to tease a new collaboration with the "Complicated" singer, which drops on Aug. 24.

Killstar posted a punky photo of the Canadian icon that has garnered praise from fans who "can't wait" to shop the upcoming collection.

"Chill out, what ya yellin’ for? Click the link in our bio to become a Killstar VIP and gain early access to our extra special drop," the brand captioned the photo, which shows Lavigne posting in a bodycon skeleton dress, skull and crossbone hair clips and chunky black boots.

The photo was quickly met with a supportive response from fans who think the collaboration is "a match made in heaven," and praise for Lavigne's consistent aesthetic.

"I love how she has stayed true to her punk style for her entire life. She really knows who she is. Love this! Can't wait to buy," one Instagram user replied to the post.

"Yes! The teenager in me is simply screaming!" wrote another.

"Legend," one commenter added, while another chimed in saying. "I can't wait for this!"

"Okay, this collab is a match made in heaven," one fan pointed out. "Take all of my money!"

"Best collab ever," another penned, alongside three flame emojis.

This isn't the first time this year that Lavigne has garnered praise for embracing her tried and true pop-punk style.

In January, the 37-year-old took to Instagram to share a few snaps from a photoshoot promoting a single from her most recent album.

Fans were quick to credit Lavigne for her consistent style, claiming she "hasn't changed a bit" in the last two decades.

"It's the consistency for me. Not to mention you don't look like you've aged a day since 'Sk8er Boi' days," one fan commented.

"Yes, Canadian queen! Loving the new song! So excited about the album. Your classic pop-punk style is so iconic and so nostalgic," wrote another. "Thank you for being you and never changing."

Lavigne's Killstar collaboration launches on Aug. 24, but Killstar VIP members can shop it two days early, on Aug. 22.
