'Bachelorette' alum Ali Fedotowsky-Manno proudly shows off 'mom pooch' in new photos
Former "Bachelorette" star Ali Fedotowsky-Manno is celebrating her "mom pooch" in a new body positive post to Instagram.
On Sunday, the 37-year-old mom-of-two took to social media to proudly show off her "belly rolls" with followers after receiving messages from followers asking about her recent weight loss.
“Sure, I’ve lost a little weight," Fedotowsky-Manno wrote to followers. "But what really matters is that I’m in the absolute best shape of my life! I’ve never been stronger and felt more proud of how I’m taking care of my body so that I can be as strong and healthy as possible for myself and for my family."
In the first photo, Fedotowsky-Manno posed in a chic white workout set with her blonde locks pulled into a high ponytail while flexing her sculpted bicep and toned legs. In the second image, the star smiled at the camera while showing off her relaxed stomach.
“I still have my belly rolls! And my body is amazing with or without them,” Fedotowsky-Manno continued. “So be kind to yourself. That body of yours is why you are living and breathing today…so I’d say it’s pretty dang great!”
Fedotowsky-Manno cautioned her followers to remember that whatever they see shared to social media "isn't always the whole picture."
“I think of fitness so differently now but I’m still rocking my mom pooch,” said in a video, panning to show her stomach. “Every body is beautiful. Do not be too hard on yourself.”
Fedotowsky-Manno's followers praised her transparency about her body post-weight loss.
“I love these kinds of truth bombs,” comments one follower. “Way to be real!”
“I can always use this kind of reminder - thank you for being vulnerable!” writes another.
Last June, Fedotowsky-Manno told People that she likes to keep it real on social media.
"I'm on my own journey of self-love with my body and I've played that out online," she said. "It shouldn't be a big deal. And I don't ever edit my body to make it skinnier. The other day I was talking about clothes and I said, 'I'm wearing a size 8 and I'm 5'7" and 160 pounds.' I got thousands of messages saying 'thank you for not making a big deal about that."
