Ben Affleck and J.Lo Are Giving Up Their House Hunt and Making a Major Move
Change of plan for everyone keeping up with Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's adventures in million dollar mansions. The couple are no longer buying a fancy new home together and will instead move into J.Lo's current place.
Sources tell TMZ that the couple have decided to give up their search for a new mansion (they've been touring some prime real estate) and live at the home J.Lo's owned since 2016. However! They're currently leasing James Packer's $60 million mansion while Jennifer's place gets a full blown remodel. And apparently the remodel is so intense that it's going to take a full year (or more) so they won't be moving in anytime soon.
This update follows the news that Ben just listed his Palisades home for a casual ~$30 million (at a $10 million profit). And to give you an idea on what he and Jen might be spending on their renovation, let's take a look at their budget, ahem. Back in April, they moved to purchase a $50 million Bel-Air house. A lot of money, but it gets even more !!! because after the sale fell through—they were spotted touring the "Spelling Manor," Aaron Spelling's massive Los Angeles home which has a listing price of $165 million.
Speechless.
Of course Ben and Jen also have to pay for their second wedding, because yep: these two are getting married again with friends and family in a ceremony at Ben's house in Georgia. More on that here:
