The Best-Dressed Men at the Grammys 2025
Last night, Grammys host Trevor Noah opened the awards ceremony highlighting "unusual" circumstances, referencing the devastating wildfires thats swept across Los Angeles. That set the tone for an event that championed the city in all forms, from a special performance that included John Legend, Sheryl Crow and St Vincent to donations from Amazon Music, CBS and Mastercard to charities involved.
Fittingly, L.A.-native Kendrick Lamar won big, taking home five gold gramophones including both song and record of the year for his diss track 'Not Like Us'. Beyonce (unsurprisingly) also scooped a few awards, as well as Charlie XCX, Sabrina Carpenter and Doechii – the latter winning best rap album, being the third woman after Lauryn Hill and Cardi B to do so.
That said, there was nothing unusual about the attendees outfits. Musicians and producers showed up in a lot of tailoring; but this was not a regular black-tie affair. In keeping with a red carpet that often has more OTT looks, suits were in fun shades (plum being popular), fresh silhouettes (loose and baggy, with wide-leg trousers) and unlikely compositions (Bruno Mars' in crease-free silk can't be beat!).
Take a look at our favourites from the night below.
Trevor Noah
Wearing Giorgio Armani tailoring and Tiffany & Co. bijoux. A classy look for a classy host.
Kendrick Lamar
In a Canadian tuxedo! Even Drake couldn't diss this look.
Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley
Popping (Anton)off with an Eighties shoulder on this double-breasted suit.
Mustard
The sauce to this suit? The kitschy cardigan on top.
Finneas
This burgundy-hue Zegna suit marks a renaissance for the shade, watch this space.
Shaboozey
Etro's take on Western suiting is complete with a Bolo tie. Yee-haw!
Lojay
Not even a beautiful pin-stripe suit like this one can distract from the diamond-embellished Hublot watch on his wrist.
Cory Henry
Can't go wrong matching your glasses to your gramophone.
The Dare
Unsurprisingly, The Dare has rocked up in a Saint Laurent iteration of his signature look. All hail the indie sleaze suit!
Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys
Kudos for wearing leather trousers in LA Swizz Beatz! They look damn good, too.
Bruno Mars
All black. Silk suit. Sunglasses indoors. A trio of suaveness. Enough said.
Jaden Smith
Louis Vuitton went quite literal when Smith requested to wear the French fashion house...
Showing the men how to do it properly... Billie Eilish
In a Prada sailor-set with all the boxiness of menswear silhouettes
