The trip kicked off on March 17 in St Lucia, where Charles marked the country’s 40th anniversary of Independence.
Charles and Camilla then rubbed shoulders with A-list stars such as Lionel Richie and Sir Tom Jones at the Prince’s Trust International Reception in Barbados. The prince couldn’t resist making a cheeky quip, when he met Mr Richie.
The pair soaked up the Caribbean sun as they also undertook engagements in St Vincent, St Kitts and Nevis and Granada. But it was paparazzi-style pictures of the couple in their swimwear on a public Barbados beach, which caused a stir among royal fans.
The overseas tour also saw Charles and Camilla make history as they travelled to Cuba, making them the first members of the Royal Family to visit the Communist-run country.
They spent four days in Cuba where they met with locals and enjoyed sampling the local produce, making their own mojito cocktails and riding in a vintage car.
