I'm a 34DD and I tried Knix's 'best ever' sports bra — here's my honest review

When it comes to sports bras, my experiences run the gamut from best-ever to "this is causing me bodily harm."

I am a fairly active person — I bike, run and play soccer — and I wear a 34DD bra, so I am quite familiar with the sports bra offerings of athleisure heavy-hitters like Lululemon, Nike and Athleta.

And while there is no one-size-fits-all sports bra, I have found one that's equal parts supportive and flattering: the Good to Go Seamless Crop Tank from Knix.

Dubbed the "best bra ever" by Knix reviewers, this 2-in-1 crop tank is my go-to for soccer games, long runs and spin classes — and right now, it's on sale.

Perfect for medium-impact activities like cycling, skiing and hiking, this 2-in-1 sports bra and tank top is unbeatable for comfort, support and stretch.

The square-neck top has built-in support, no wires or seams and a cropped fit. It's made from body-hugging, stretchy fabric and, depending on the colour, is available in sizes XS (30A-30DD) to XXL (40A-40DD).

Why I love it

I am about to make a bold statement — this is my second favourite sports bra I have ever owned. (My first favourite is one I bought from Lululemon a decade ago, but it's long since been discontinued, a decision I will never agree with).

As for the Knix Good to Go Seamless Crop Tank, I could list dozens of reasons why I love it — so I will!

I wear a 34DD bra, and this 2-in-1 top holds me in place come rain, shine and jumping jacks. It has seen me through intense spin classes, soccer games, trail runs and cardio sessions, all without a hitch. When I work out, I want to wear as little clothing as possible (a loose T-shirt clinging to your sweat? No, thank you.), and this tank fits the bill. Another big win are the straps — they stay up! It is a never-ending pet peeve of mine when your bra straps fall down mid-workout, and I have never had that problem with the Knix tank.

Aside from bra support, the tank is like Spanx for your upper body — flattering, smoothing and cinching. I own the matching green HiTouch High Rise Leggings, but in my mind, the tank is the star of the show.
