Retailers know that customers are doing their research before making purchases, and an increasing number of companies are making an effort to create more sustainable products, as well as being transparent about what goes into an item.
From everyday pieces at an affordable cost to luxe investment pieces, here are a few companies you can feel good about making purchases from.
Everlane
With a “radical transparency” model, Everlane ensures that each factory they partner with goes through a compliance audit to evaluate that fair wages and hours are given to employees. Their products are designed to last years - and even decades - and each item is broken down by cost so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.
