Beyoncé Had a Mother-Daughter Date With Tina Knowles to Support Her Nephew at NYFW
Bey and mama Tina sat front row, of course.
Ring the alarm! Beyoncé has officially touched down at New York Fashion Week, making an appearance at Luar’s Fall/Winter 2024 show in Bushwick on February 13, with her mother, Tina Knowles, as her date to see nephew Julez make his runway debut at the event.
Fresh off the release of not one but two new country singles (“Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages”) and the announcement of Renaissance Act II arriving March 29, Queen Bey kept the visuals of the era going and appeared front-row at the Luar show in an embellished silver suit dress from Gaurav Gupta’s spring 2024 couture collection, which she accessorized with oversized mirrored sunglasses, Laur’s signature Ana briefcase bag in iridescent patent leather, and a large cowboy hat.
Knowles embraced elevated basics at the event, wearing a chic black coat dress with camel-colored gloves and a matching camel-colored Ana briefcase bag from the brand. Solange Knowles was also in attendance at the event but in the runway’s front row next to designer Christopher John Rogers.
Julez (real name Daniel J. Smith) walked the runway in an oversized black trench coat look and cream-colored shirt and tie combo. After the show, Knowles took to Instagram to praise both Julez and Luar designer Raul Lopez. “Julez My Baby…Thanks to the Talented Raul designer extraordinaire,” she wrote on Instagram. “Yes to @Luar.”
