Big Brother alum Derek Frazier is celebrating a big milestone in his weight loss journey.

On Dec. 30, the 33-year-old — who came in second place on season 23 of the CBS reality competition — posted a TikTok video showing off the hard work he put in the gym, resulting in him losing 71 lbs.

Frazier paired the clip with audio from Kanye West’s acceptance speech at the 47th annual Grammy Awards in 2005: “Everybody wanted to know what I would do if I didn’t win … I guess we’ll never know.”

“Call it a comeback,” Frazier captioned the post. “To everyone who said ‘no,’ ‘too fat,’ or ‘you’ll never be picked again’ — thanks for the fuel. That’s a total of 71 pounds lost in just 10 months. And trust me, I’m just getting started!”

“SO SO PROUD OF YOU! YOU INSPIRE ME!!❤️❤️” the 27-year-old wrote.

On Dec. 31, Frazier posted another TikTok video of his time in the gym throughout the year, giving fans a little insight into how his journey was mentally challenging.

“Look at your today. Over the past 10 months, I faced my trauma — both physically and mentally — and conquered my fears,” he said. “Find what motivates you, grab it, and RUN with it.”

Frazier shared before and after photos of his weight loss on X (formerly Twitter). One follower asked him if losing weight was one of his New Year’s resolutions for 2024.

“It was not my resolution,” he admitted. “I think like once I went to the doctors and I stepped on that scale and it said 409 and I went through like a friendship break up. I just felt so alone and I was like I need to get this weight off 'cause I’m depressed and I’m not happy with myself.”

The reality star also replied to one user who claimed he was losing weight for the wrong reasons.

“I am doing it for the healthy reasons but I am just reminding the haters to kiss my ass for all the s— they talk,” he said.

Frazier later added, “I still need to drop another 80 pounds.”
