Blake Lively is back on the red carpet circuit — and looking better than ever!

The 29-year-old attended the L’Oreal Paris Women of Worth celebration on Nov. 16 alongside other big names like Karlie Kloss, Diane Keaton and Eva Longoria.

Despite giving birth to baby no.2, who her and husband Ryan Reynolds have yet to reveal the name of, less than two months ago, Lively stunned in a vest-inspired navy blue dress with a plunging neckline.
