Blake Shelton is this year's 'sexiest man alive' but who has taken the title before him?
This morning, you may have wondered why Blake Shelton was trending on Twitter (and maybe even wondering who he is).
Well, it was announced that the country singer had been named People magazine’s ‘sexiest man alive’ this year much to his (and the rest of social media’s) surprise.
In his cover story, the 41-year-old joked: “The first thing that came to mind when he heard the news was, that y’all must be running out of people. Like, wow, we’re down to somebody who is somewhat symmetrical.”
The singer then went on to admit that his girlfriend Gwen Stefani had told him to ’embrace the crown’ so he did just that.
Shelton took to Twitter to announce the news to his followers using the hashtag ‘Don’t hate me because I’m beautiful’.
