In college I actually did the whole spring break in Mexico thing, and I came back with three or four versions of this dress.

Drinking margaritas bigger than your handbag while inhaling slightly stale chips at bad Tex Mex restaurants is an especially likely fate for Cinco de Mayo this year.

The holiday-which is not Mexican Independence Day, just in case you were wondering-falls on a Saturday in 2012, so be prepared with our piñata of things to wear. (They might not be authentically, traditionally Mexican, but they seem it, and people will be drinking tequila or at least cerveza anyway.)
