Brianna "Chickenfy" LaPaglia is celebrating her health progress.
The content creator, 25, gave her followers an update on returning to a healthy weight in a new TikTok video approximately one month after revealing online that her weight dropped to what it was in high school.
"We have exciting news. I think I’ve gained 11 lbs.," LaPaglia began her video posted on Friday, Dec. 27. "And it’s great and it’s awesome because I have an appetite again. I’m eating. But I’m like, 'B----. I know you haven’t eaten for a year, but maybe relax a little bit'."
Before detailing the progress she made and her feelings about it, the Plan Bri Uncut cohost took the time to give background to her followers who might not have been familiar with her story.
"If you’re confused, I lost a lot of weight," she said. "It was like ... toxic, awful, horrible situation. I was mentally going through it so bad that like I couldn’t eat and I became skin and bones."
LaPaglia first made note of her weight loss in November both on the BFF Podcast and in a TikTok, shortly after her breakup with ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan was made public on Oct. 22. She detailed her 15-lb. weight loss at the time, revealing that she was currently the same weight she was at age 15.
At the time, the podcaster — who previously said she was "completely blindsided" by the country singer's decision to post the news of their split — noted that it wasn't because she "didn't want to eat," but rather that she was "physically sick from what I was going through mentally."
Elsewhere in the November TikTok, LaPaglia revealed that she has "new anxiety" that she's "never had" in her life, saying that she's "still really struggling" and is searching for "ways to cope with it." Now, she says she's trying to figure out how to "gain weight" and not feel "sick from anxiety."
Fast forward to her most recent TikTok, posted on Dec. 27, LaPaglia explained what she did to gain the 11 lbs. back. "I started force feeding myself s----- food," she said. "Like I’ve been eating pasta, fast food, like anything that is like shitty that will make me gain weight."
The internet personality told her followers that her jeans are starting to fit her and she's looking like herself again. "These are things that are making me feel happy and making me feel good," she made clear. "It took me like three months to get an appetite back ... I literally feel like I’m ravenous."
LaPaglia continued, "It’s possible, it’s happening and gaining weight isn’t a bad thing. Sometimes it can actually be a really good thing and a really good sign that things are going well." She concluded, "So that’s an update. People keep asking about that in my DMs on Instagram."
Towards the end of the TikTok, LaPaglia shared another life update about her living situation after taking the time "to enjoy" her family and "be a regular normal person." While she said she's "back in the city," she has a few other travel responsibilities before settling in long-term.

"I go to Vermont tomorrow, then I go to L.A., then I go on a special trip — and then I’m finally back and I’m moving into my apartment," she explained. "I still don’t have any of my clothes or any of my boxes. I have some furniture."
LaPaglia said she'll be "done traveling for work for a while" after that, which is when she'll move in. "Me, Boston, Mango and Ollie," she said of her pets. "We’re going to be back together forever."
