Brie Larson pushes 244-pound sled in 'crazy' new workout post: 'Are you human?'
Brie Larson is showing off her superhero strength.
On Thursday, the "Captain Marvel" star took to Instagram to give fans another look into one of her intense workout sessions.
In the series of photos, Larson pushed the Tank MX sled by Torque Fitness ($2,499 USD/$3,260 CAD). According to the item's description, the tank weights a whopping 244 pounds and is designed for high-level resistance training.
Naturally, Larson put what appears to be a massive sandbag on top, adding additional weight to the already hefty tank.
"Hey, Siri - play 'Push it' by Salt-N-Pepa," she captioned the post.
Fans went crazy over the star's strength and gushed over her "incredible" fitness regimen.
"We love a strong queen," commented a follower. "You're truly an inspiration for me to get myself off the couch and into the gym!"
"You go girl! My captain forever! You're even super gorgeous working out!" said another.
"All hail the queen of working out!" wrote a fan. "Your incredible strength and willingness to switch it up in the gym is genuinely so amazing, motivational and admirable."
"Oh my word, this is crazy and does not look easy, how do you do it? Are you human?" asked another follower.
"I suppose I could recreate this with my lawnmower, but it might not be the same!" joked another. "Major kudos to you and your strength."
This isn't the first time that the "Captain Marvel" star has showcased her intense workout sessions online, having frequently shared a glimpse into her training regimen — which includes pole fitness, pull-ups and kettlebell windmills.
Speaking to Insider, the 32-year-old once said, "I affectionately called myself 'an introvert with asthma' before I got to play Carol Danvers and I started training first out of sheer panic, because I thought, 'Oh my gosh, Marvel doesn't know that I don't even know how to walk up a hill without being out of breath."
"I started this journey thinking I'll get strong and I had no idea. I went far beyond what I ever believed was possible for my body," she added.
