Brie Larson Flashes Her Six-Pack Abs In A Nipple-Baring Top In New Photos
Brie Larson (a.k.a Captain Marvel) just wrapped up a photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar—and she looked beyond amazing.
The 33-year-old actress posed in a series of looks—all of which were truly ravishing, including one free-the-nipple snap.
Challenging workouts fit for a superhero are her jam: She does one-armed pull-ups and even push-ups with chains around her waist for extra resistance. Just like the boss that she is!
Brie Larson is on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar and she just did the coolest photo shoot that aced the laidback chic look.
The 33-year-old actress dropped several photos from the spread on Instagram, and they show just how fit Captain Marvel is looking these days. There’s Brie in a semi-sheer top with a free-the-nipple moment and impressively toned arms; Brie flashing her six-pack abs with some underboob in a slouchy suit; Brie in a Yale sweatshirt over leggings; and Brie working a skintight black bodysuit under slouchy jeans.
“Thank you @harpersbazaarus for embracing me right where I’m at. I love dancing with you 🌊🤠,” she wrote in the caption.
As you can expect, people went nuts for it in the comments. “Goddess goddess goddess 🙌😍🔥,” said one. While another wrote, ”I forgot how to breathe.” Even Naomi Watts chimed in: "Damn!! 🙌🙌🙌🔥🔥🔥"
Brie’s Instagram is basically an ode to her next-level workouts, and she told Harper’s Bazaar that working out has made her feel more confident.
Cruise through some of her content, and you’ll see Brie doing weighted squats, kettlebell workouts, planks, one-armed pull-ups, and even push-ups with chains around her waist for extra resistance.
Brie takes her workouts outdoors, too. She casually dropped video of herself prepping to climb the Grand Tetons, followed by her ~actually~ doing it—and that’s no joke.
Brie shared in another post that her “antihero trait” is “refusing conventional workouts,” followed by video of herself doing a sled push up a hill like a total boss.
But Brie also knows how to bust a move, too. She recently shared video of herself learning choreography, and it was seriously impressive.
Brie hasn’t shared details of her diet recently, but her nutritionist, Philip Goglia, previously told People that she follows a pretty regimented diet while prepping for Marvel movies.
That means starting her morning with a teaspoon of almond butter and all-fruit jam before her workouts, followed by a breakfast of eggs or a protein shake. Brie will snack on fruit between meals and, for lunch, she’ll have something like lean meats with chicken and vegetables.
Brie seems a little more laidback with her eating plan when she’s not filming. She recently shared a photo of herself with a massive soft pretzel, and there are plenty of shots of her sipping cocktails.
