Brie Larson looks completely unrecognisable after cutting all of her hair off
You think you know Brie Larson? Ha! Time to reassess, Marvel fan because the actor – best known for playing Carol Danvers – has only gone and chopped off her trademark long blonde locks and replaced the style with a super short pixie haircut. As she iconically once said: "I'm not what you think I am..."
Per her most recent Instagram post, the Captain Marvel star has cut off her signature tresses ahead of her upcoming West End performance in the drama Elektra. Brie portrays the titular character in the play, which will run at the Duke of York's Theatre for 11 weeks, starting January 24, 2025, and ending April 12.
Hinting at the motive behind her new hair change, the actor wrote in the caption of her post: "Elektra is here."
Props go out to the genius duo behind Brie's hair transformation, hairstylist Cervando Maldonado and colourist Jacob Schwartz. Major and mega!
