Burger King is getting in on the meal deals!

On Thursday, Jan. 16, the burger chain announced that it would be offering brand-new combo meals that allow customers to pick the perfect pairing of all their favorite items.

The new $5 Duo and $7 Trio options give Burger King fans a discount on their meal, and allow them to choose either two or three items from the following list: a Whopper Junior, Original Chicken Sandwich, a bacon cheeseburger, medium fries, 8-piece chicken fries or a medium soft drink.

This limited-time discount is only available through the spring, Burger King says, and a few exclusions apply, as the deal won't be valid for delivery orders and any size upgrades will cost extra.

This isn't the only deal the restaurant is offering customers right now, either. Beginning on Jan. 27, Burger King Royal Perks members can use their app to order a classic cheeseburger for just $1. The deal runs through Feb. 2. Walmart+ members are also in luck, as they will get access to the deal one day earlier, beginning on Jan. 26.

Additionally, the company is getting ready to celebrate National Croissant Day on Jan. 30, when they'll be offering Royal Perks members a special 1-cent breakfast deal on the Croissan'wich — the chain's egg and cheese sandwich with ham, sausage or bacon on a croissant — with any purchase of $1 or more.

Burger King's meal deal comes shortly after Wendy’s announced a similar 2 for $7 deal.

Now through March 2, customers can score two fan-favorite items for $7. The options include the classic or spicy chicken sandwich, Dave’s Single, and crispy or spicy 10-piece chicken nuggets.

To claim the in-store and in-app offer, customers just have to check out the “Meal Deals” section of the Wendy’s app, where they’ll be given an option to select their two menu items. Or guests can activate the meal deal when ordering in person at a store.
