Campbell's New Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Is Comfort Food Heaven
There's nothing like a hot bowl of tomato soup and a melty grilled cheese to soothe the soul. If you're a fan of this classic combo, Campbell's has some exciting news. According to social media posts, Campbell's is gearing up to release an all-new Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup.
Yesterday on Instagram, @candyhunting shared an image of the colorful, retro-looking can. They also offered details on what fans can expect from the surprisingly cheesy soup.
"The soup contains cream, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, and surface ripened semisoft cheese (think Muenster) in addition to the traditional condensed Campbell's tomato soup ingredients," read the caption.
The soup is rumored to be available on some store shelves now, and if it's not stocked yet, it should be soon. Given that the latest soup from Campbell's is still quite new, there aren't many reviews. But one Instagram user did have this to say: "It tastes exactly like tomato soup and cheese lol." Fair enough.
Another person recalled having a similar (and pretty impressive) soup while in an airport lounge.
"In The American Airlines lounge in Denver several years ago I had something like this and it was DELISH!!" they shared.
