Allison Lang is back with another motivational message.

Earlier this week, the Canadian amputee and disability advocate took to Instagram to post a video of herself soaking up the sun while on holiday in Corfu, Greece.

In the clip, Lang, who was born without the lower half of her left leg, stood on a stone path in the European country. Behind her, deep blue water lapped against the shore of a beach while a bright sun and a clear sky filled the background.

The athlete and public speaker rocked a grey and white snakeskin bathing suit, a white cover-up and a pair of round oversized sunglasses. She pulled her long brown hair out of her eyes as she smiled and twirled to show off her beach-y look.

The video was accompanied by motivational audio that said: "You are the director, the creator and the writer of your story. You literally can do whatever you want. And it’s just for you to sit down and navigate where you want to go."

In the caption, Lang asked her fans to reflect on their life and their future.

"So, where are you gonna go?" she wrote alongside the twinkling star emoji.

In the comments, fans praised the social media star for her inspiring message.

"I love this so much, this looks really stunning," commented a follower with a red heart emoji.

"You're my dream girl!" shared someone else.

"Such a great message, Allison!" penned a fan.

Another follower simply used three emojis to express their thoughts: a bionic leg, red heart and flexing arm symbols.

Earlier this month, Lang spoke to Yahoo Canada about modelling, fitness and finding self-confidence.

At the end of the interview, the public speaker shared her advice for women who are trying to love themselves and become more self-confident.

"We all have insecurities, whether we can see them or not. And I think that if we truly start to appreciate who we are authentically, we can learn to not judge ourselves so harshly," Lang said after reflecting on her self-love journey. "My advice would be to connect with others who celebrate your differences instead of hiding them. Embrace change. Embrace the fact that there are people out there who love you for you, and no matter what you look like or what you're able to do, trust that you have it within you to be strong and to make a difference."

"I think that if we truly start to appreciate who we are authentically, we can learn to not judge ourselves so harshly," she concluded.
